Faculty
Without growth in quality of faculty, the students can forget about their education.
At OTS, faculty development takes top priority. The present faculty brings in creativity and enthusiasm both in and out of the classroom simply because they feel OTS to be a place where they can comfortably educate future ministerial workers while developing their own research and talents.
The value of the present faculty comes from its diversity where highly qualified individuals from different backgrounds come together to develop and fulfill the vision and mission before them.
OTS seeks to exemplify to the students how an evangelical faculty of quite different views can get along with one another while working as a team without political infighting and petty strife.
OTS believes that the best education is for the students to learn Christian unity, leadership and spirituality through the examples of their instructors.
